Otherwise if you need an exhumer 5 pilot, and itty 5 pilot, or a freighter pilot, this guy is a perfect fit.

fair enough... but now there is a min bid increase 
your 3 billion and 1 cent isk bid does count but if someone outbids you you must keep to the new rule
