Captin Zoom	Posted - 2004.06.28 16:18:00 - [1] First lets get the facts This is an Important implant mission Transaction Data Delivery ======================= Objectives ----------------------- To complete the mission, the following must be performed by you: four hundred units of Caldari State Transaction And Salary Logs must be transported from XXXX - Moon XXX - XXXXXXX to XXXX - Moon XX - XXXXXXX Rewards ----------------------- Upon completing the mission, the following will be awarded to you: one unit of Cybernetic Subprocessor - Basic at XXXXXXXX I have only got 2 variations of transaction data delivery when my standing to my agents where low. In the patchnotes it said: Link One of the important kill missions will now reward the player with an implant. Before this change it was much harder recieving an implant from a kill agent than a courier or mining type of agent. Does this mission exist???? Where it says XXXX must be destroyed in XXX Reward One unit of Ocular Filter or some other implant So I want to find out has anybody got an implant as a reward from his agent after a kill mission. We all now that you can get an implant as a random lot drop but thatÆs not for this topic (My guess is that Pirate Invasion is bugged and will contain an implant on bookmark six in the future)

Eyeshadow	Posted - 2004.06.29 08:59:00 - [8] The thing about the implant missions is that you are NEVER guaranteed to get an implant. if u read the sticky on implant missions it says u will have to nearly 200 missions for a lvl3 agent to get a 95% chance of getting the holy grail. theres still a 5% chance of not getting it. u just gotta get lucky(which i have thank god) p.s. not a flame Forums: Sharks - MC

That is a KILL MISSION that gives an IMPLANT as a MISSION REWARD from your AGENT. NOT the "Transaction Data Delivery" example that I just pasted it as an example of how an important mission looks that gives implants. Since people confused loot drops etc with important implant missions in other topics. When it is fixed and gets available I hope that somebody will post it here.
X'Alor	Posted - 2004.06.29 20:59:00 - [10] I only run security or internal security missions. I have not gotten an implant since they initially nerfed the implant mission two major patches ago. I've completed over 100 mill in isk worth of mission bounties and rewards, that is not including selling item drops or recycling loot. lets think about that......that patch was in march wasn't it. I log time on eve every day and missioning is how i make my money. part of that money was in selling implants but they have not dropped a single one for me since initial patch nerf. i've probably done over 100 "important" kill missions. I never turn down a mission, I have not failed a mission since prabably before febuary. My standings with my lvl 3 agents are superb, excellent, and exemplory. the first 2 were dropping implants before initial patch but not since. I switched to a third and still nothing. Quite bored with the whole mission thing in all honesty, the implant drops was what made it entirely fun Hopefully they can work out this targeting accuracy issue soon(TM) so they can get back to bring on the lvl 4 agents and Zor sooner(TM)

Aitrus	Posted - 2004.06.30 06:26:00 - [13] COnfirmed. I just recieved a +3 Intel implant off a Gallente Navy Vexor while on the "Avenge a Fallen Comrade" Mission. Seems to be a random thing, as I have done that mission dozens of times, but this is my first implant from it. Notice it is NOT an important mission.

To all other people that keep talking about loot drops: We are not discussing random loot here. We are discussing missions that EXPRESSLY give an implant as reward. Read the sticky about implants! I worked my standing up with my kill agents because of the sticky!!! Then I have totally wasted my time getting a standing of 9.59 to Caldary Navy and 8.89 to Ishukone doing kill missions. I have one main agent in each corp with excellent standing against me (9.35, 9.19). I invested the time with these agents to get high standing and to get a better chance of important (read implant mission) Now it does not matter what agent I use I can use ANY level 3 kill agent from any Caldari corp since its just random. This gives an EXTREME advantage to people running courier missions when their standings are high they get implants more often. But for all kill missions itÆs just random but since most of you people like it I assume you have crappy standing to your kill agents or have not bothered to think about the situation or you like it as random and/or run courier missions. But its only a game I will leave this thread since I obviously are representing a minority of the agent runners. And most of you donÆt even care to read the patchnotes. PS: I have done vexor etc mission 10+ times without a drop. If I have had a courier agent and got transaction data delivery 10 times I would have gotten 10 implants.
