mate if interested i got a toon selling tomarow and assets in empire i can liqdate fast should be able to raise about 3.8 bil if your interested. like your toon think it just needs to be pointed in the right direction a little.
edit p.s. you can take wallet to .01 isk and keep the hulk wouldnt be taking a hulk out where he's going but have one waiting for him once he's there =)

3.5 bn b/o I know it seems low, but it seems like a buyer's market atm, after selling mine for half the b/o. Seller always pays transfer fee, it's in the rules.
