Greetings MD investors!
Recent events have opened up some nice opportunities for some marketeering with decent markups. Due to those events, I am looking to raise some extra capital to take my share and play in those markets.
Summary
Bond size: 3B
Rate: 8%
Collateral: None
Start date: April 3rd
Maturity date: May 3rd
Why?
As stated, I am looking to expand my activities to marketeering. This bond is separated from my T2 manufacturing bond and will probably not be renewed at the end of the 30 day period since the opportunity is limited in time (a few weeks at most).
Terms
The bond would start on April 3rd and pay 8% interest for the 30 day period. Please invest in 50M increments. If you want to withdraw early we can work something out but you would loose the month's interest. Depending on the events I reserve the right to offer an extension for a few more weeks but I doubt it will be necessary.
Risks
No profit: Odds of doing no profit is nearly impossible. Doing low profits could be possible if the events change dramatically in the next few days. Which means I would get stock with large supplies that I would have to liquidate. This is easily mitigated and I do have the capital to repay the bond if I am unable to sell fast enough.
Wardec: Shouldn't have any effect since I never need to undock.
Quit EVE: I don't see myself quitting EVE any time soon.
I get hit by a bus: Let's all hope this doesn't happen.

FAQ.
Q: Why no collateral?
A: I don't have any assets worth collateral. My current NAV is around 10B most of it being ISKs and/or raw materials and low value BPOs. I also own a high sec POS and several PVP ships.
Q: What about your other bond?
A: The other bond is a manufacturing bond (BOND #3). I have cleared this new bond with all my other investors except for Ischtar Grey which hasn't replied to my mail yet.

This is very late as I haven't been on for a bit. I just wanted to confirm that Golkan did indeed email me (as one of his investors in a seperate project) regarding raising this extra capital. I confirm I gave no objections.
