Dont have time or money to concentrate on this toon so selling to a good ( or not so good ) home
As you can see has skills and can fly caldari carriers and dreds , good missile/drone/ skills and can use fighters/+ citadels, 4 days to siege mod for carrier etc,etc,etc

Roland Torq (0.9 sec status) Linkage
Roland Torq is a quite efficient Industrial/Miner/Invention (is mainly Caldari/Gallente trained so far) char as well as 10/11 learning skills level 5 (except presence)
Julius Kashmir (currently -0.49 sec status and I'm sure you know it's not too hard to remedy as I assume you've been in 0.0 since you're cap able) Linkage
This char is a bit more into the smaller ships rather than the cap ships but does have a bit of a start towards them.

So my offer:
Roland Torq & Julius Kashmir for your character Icywind. Do you accept?
For authentication and verification purposes roland would be transfered first to you and then you would transfer icy wind and then I would transfer julius to you to finish the deal.
On the side note if assets are left on that char what are they and we can talk to match asset values left on chars.
