So I flew to a low sec (0.4) system where I usually make my BPO copies a month or so ago, and attempted to do as I always do, make 20 copies with the max 300 runs. I tried copying my Medium Energy Neutralizer I BPO, but got an error saying it would take too long, 125 days, and the max allowed was 30 days. Now I know I've done a 20 copy/300 run job before, so I found this puzzling.
I filed a petition, and was told to try clearing my cache. I got tied up, and didn't try it till a couple of day ago, but even after clearing my cache, I got the same message; too long of a job. I tried a Medium Nos I, and got the same result, even though I know I've made a 20 copy/300 run of that BPO in the past as well.
So I filed another petition stating that I cleared my cache and was still getting the same error. The GM suggested I file I bug report, which I did. Yesterday I got a response that this was by design and not a bug.
So am I hallucinating here or what? I'm sure I've done max copy/max runs on these T1 BPOs before. Has there been a change over the past month or so that has dramatically increased the time to copy medium BPOs? I'm not having trouble copying non-sized BPOs, like Power Diagnostic Systems, etc.

They did a very stupid thing. For no motive at all they decided to make the copy times of neuts consistent with those of norfs.
I don't see why they needed to be consistent between themselves and completely inconsistent in relation to other T1 module bpos. In my view they should have done the other way around, made nosfs copy times faster to make THEM consistent with other T1 bpos.
As it is they effectively killed T2 neuts invention. As long as the current bpc stocks end it will be as hard to invent as it is with cloak devices. |

Good to see the GM's are up to speed with the latest changes in the game.
