Hey, the fact that i can do the same thing putting a small bubble 15km from a gate and press f1-f8 to fry and pod an entire ceptor gang makes smartbomb and bsses overpowered?

i honestly thought that with the "pvp" alliances involved in the north currently that they might arrange some sort of super weapons nap to stop crap like this ruining the game.... seems not

That's nothing CCP is not aware of.
If this game mechanics annoys you personally, there is good solution for you: get one of those nasty titans yourself, use it exessively and you will enjoy the feature, that you can push one button and several hundred enemies are unable to play this game.
Add a "Rofl" in local chat after that, and you will get several hundred whiners on the forums few hours later. This is more gratifying and more effective than makine a complaint, imho.
