This one is close to what you are wanting:
4/3 learning skills with learning at 5
+3 Implants
Cha 3.3
Int 22.0
Per 20.9
Mem 20.9
Wil 19.8
Mining Foreman IV
Industry V
Mining V
Refining V
Refinery Eff IV
Veldspar Processing IV
Scordite, Pyroxeres, Plagioclase, Omber and Kernite all at III (each would only take 19 hours each to get to lv 4)
Mining Barge V is almost completed (less then a week to go), so in a Covetor in under a week.
Science IV
Lab Op III
Archeology IV (less then 2 weeks to V, so could be in a Hulk in under 3 weeks)
T2 Strip Miner Laser ready, with T1 crystals for all empire ores except Veldspar which can use T2 crystals now!
