Now you should get a nice blueprint original, then research and copy the BPO and eventually sell the copies. I assume this is what you wanted to know...

Oh, I see, is there a thread which helps with how to do this.
How do I know I have an original blueprint?

If you have a blueprint on hand, do a show info and look down the list at the row "Copy".
Copy=no is an bpo. Copy=yes is a bpc.
If you don't have a blueprint on hand, then any blueprint you purchase through the marketplace interface is an original.
If you purchase it through the escrow interface, then most likely it's a bpc. But if you wish to verify, right click the item and select "inspect merchandise". Then stretch the dialog very far to the right and look for a column called "copy". If it says no, then it's a bpo. Otherwise, it's a bpc. |

Fantastic, I see, I have noticed escrow is subject to 'mistakes' people accidentally selling the wrong stuff.
At least I know the market sells originals.

If you don't know what to do with it then why the heck have you got it
Give it up so that it can actually be put to some use and not wasted

Hehe - I hear you Mooman,
So everything you collect and do is planned and organised first?
Who's to say I can't become a useful user of a Lab slot.
The reason I was interested was the way everyone seems to desire one, surely it is OK to rent one for a few weeks and test things out.

From reading other posts do I have to use it or it will not automatically re-rent?

You have to use it once per billing cycle otherwise it's unrented, even though you pay the bill. You'll know it's lost because you will receive a mail and your payment will be refunded back to your wallet. |

Yes. Or at the very least investigated & understood before being undertaken unless I'm very drunk or ill ...
