Endeva Caldari Most Wanted INC G00DFELLAS	Posted - 2008.10.25 03:54:00 - [1] Some time ago we began hearing rumours an invasion was coming our way, obviously we began to take precautions. Among other things, we decided to hire Kublai to try and get more intel on the situation, it's my pleasure to say today that he came through. Thanks to Kublai's efforts we have received an eighteen page word document direct from Halada, CEO of Lone Star Joint Venture and one of the leaders of the hostile coalition detailing the planned invasion step by step. We now know who is coming (including mercenaries), where the various entities will operate, when they will operate, what their objectives are, what pos fittings are planned etc, I can honestly say, we know more about this invasion than most of the hostile directors themselves do, kudos to Halada for doing a great job on selling out his alliance mates. In addition Kublai was able to identify and terminate their only known source of intel they had on us. During the course of his contract, Kublai has also received 5 billion isk from Halada, from the fact that Kublai is apparantly getting paid by the enemy to sell their intel, I can only assume he is some sort of space-ninja. We have sendt Kublai his payment (exotic dancers.D), money very well spendt if I do say so myself and I warmly recomend him to anyone with a problem that needs fixing, i'm not sure about the details in how he did it, I don't really care, ample proof was provided to back up all the above information. I have to say that I was thinking along the same lines as this, though in a rather more polite and civilised way ;-) Why would you reveal the fact that you had this intel? You could have used it to your advantage. Now that you opponents know what you know, they can change their plans, taking more care about security, thus invalidating your intel. RL example - enigma code. When the British broke the code, they didn't send a telegram to H.itler announcing the fact. They acted on bits of the intel they gathered to give them an advantage, but in such a way as to not reveal the fact that they had intel - basically losing a few relatively unimportant battles here and there so that they could win major victories when it mattered. Loc. Edit. Why on Earth is H.itler a filtered word?! Has the world gone crazy!? If people want to invoke Political Correctness as a reason, I'll counter with Discrimination - I'm sure there are thousands of people with the surname H.itler and if I were one of them, I'd be bloody annoyed at having my name blanked out all the time, just because of one (admittedly extremely evil) man 60 years ago! Content filters are extremely blunt instruments without any understanding of context!
