Edited by: KISOGOKU on 25/10/2008 23:52:48 Hello Ma Mo ,there are research alliances you can join (you need start your own corp or use a research alt) and start to use alliance labs , than you can use Me and Pe slots but for copying and invention you have to be in pos owner corp. There are two solutions for copying, first setup your pos i think not good idea for you atm .second is joining to a corp with pos but than your bpos will be at risk . There were two people i trust giving corp access to ppl for copying ,Tamia Clant and Kazuo Ishiguro mail them and ask if there is any corp seat open .

third, you can buy a pre-researched bpo from somebody fourth, you can buy the bpo and contract it to somebody to do the research for you

Fifth, you can learn to fly a covops and hit NPC labs in 0.0. It's not as nutty as it sounds.

Well, that depends how good people are are camping the labs. Interceptors with warriors are capable of uncloaking and locking a covert ops if they're near enough at the right time, and there's a bubble up. Of course, NPC 0.0 labs are only as good as empire ones - they don't get the time bonus from empire labs. And unless you're already based nearby in 0.0 space, it's a pain to travel back and forth between there and your production site. --- DIY copying in Liekuri 20:1 mineral compression Eve Online folding@home team |

Form a corp with an alt (zzz has a setup for a char that takes like a day of training for them to be awesome at research) Train corp management 1 with that alt Make a corp Have that corp join ZZZ Do research at one of their empire POSs
I see a zzz person in this thread, they can probably link you to more info.

It's not that bad. You send in an untrained alt to check the other side of the gate first, of course. And only haul the cheaper BPOs, not billion ISK ones. The cheaper BPOs are also the ones where the difference between 1 day research at a station vs. .75 at a pos is meaningless.
When the camp hungrily engages your untrained alt's ibis (never got that, it's not like rookie ships give KB points) you just fly on by. Or pick a better time to show up.
There's an NPC region (or two) only a few hops from every trading hub.

You aren't acting like a carebear, stop thinking about the risks and ways around the risk |
