I bet this has been asked a thousand times, but I couldn't find anything in search......
Who the hell is this 'Ibis' guy?? I see him in many systems at the same time. My guess is that it is a CCP 'big brother' eyeball
It's not just the ship, it's a character named 'Isis'
Anyone know?

Ibis is a guy that wanted to clonejump but doesn't know he can use the 'Leave Ship' functionality in a station to get into his pod.
he also doesn't care if he leaves garbage behind either it seems.
