Ah crap, I was going to buy some Neodynium later tonight. Hopefully technetium didn't get manipulated up as well.

Oh for the love of.....
The rollercoaster ride of dyspro, promethium and ferrogel prices is why I got out of the high end business. I really hope we're not going to see that kind of volatility in the low ends as well.

According to responses to the Zulupark questions thread, expect an announcement/devblog on changes to the moon material markets on TUESDAY. Most of the activity over the last day will be directly related to the posting of this information.
For those running reactions, expect them to be stockpiling. The absence of Neo/Thul from markets is completely understandable, given the price discrepancy between these and the other r64 materials. r32's are probably a worthwhile play as well.
For those running reactors who didn't react instantly to this news, I pity you. FRPB Shares in Default |

I'd guess Dysprosium and Promethium will be easier to get somehow, And maybe they'll try and make the other high ends more inline, Well we all will know Tuesday. |

My guess is they will be making it more available not less. I don't see CCP taking steps to increase the ISK made from moon mining when they talk about it almost being free ISK if you have the right moons.
I guess we will know for sure come Tuesday.

Q6: Do you view the fact, about rare moons creating conflicts, as a good enough thing, that you may consider changing the build-requirements for T2-parts, to make more moon-minerals needed, and as such increasing the need for more moon-minerals on the market, effectively increasing the need for moon-minerals, and as such, conflicts?

A: Resource fights: Yes, fighting over resources is something we approve of :) We however will not change existing material reqs for the sole purpose of creating more conflict.
"For the sole purpose", hmm......or did he deny it......
Edit: Also relevant from the zulupark answers:
T2 capital and faction mods: Yes, coming.
T2 capital ships: Don't see them happening for a while.

I have not been able to figure out what was up with the entire market from moon materials all the way to T2 components. For the last three weeks the price of hypersynaptic fibers has been dropping a bit along with the price of Dysprosium (last paid around 74k from the high of 91k). That is understandable. What I have not understood is the change in T2 components. The price for these seems to be a race for the bottom with my calculated profit being 50% what it was a month ago (have not checked numbers in about 10 days so can't be sure of any figres). Anyone have any thoughts?
