Hi!
Have a bit of constructive criticism about bug reporting:
1. For now it's impossible to see all of my reports, and because i have problems with sort term memory, sometimes i post the same bug twice. I think it doesn't help developers much. So, please, add function to view all of my posted reports.
2. I have no feedback about my bugs. I even don't know if it was reviewed. I like Microsoft bug reporting system, when developers write feedback about my bug reporting and i can see results of my bug reporting. (That when i'm in some beta program, like directx beta program and others). So, it would be greate if developers add smth like this.
That's it. If someone have any other ideas about how bug reporting can be improved, post here. I hope that developers will listen to our cries.

1. If a bug occurs twice and you therefore report it twice then it does help the team to know that it does occur more than once. I am sure that is they dont like you posting more than once then they will make a report log.
I recommend meanwhile you just write them down on a piece of paer somewhere.
2. bugs are reviewed, you can see what bugs are known about in the eve insider (just above forums in the menu). Some bugs are considered to not rate a mention because they are usually fixed quikly enough to not be bothered with.
Feedback also takes time and thereby takes the teams efforts away from other petitions which are often more urgent.
I roleplay... there is this computer game called "Earth - The First Genesis" where i play a character in the early 21st century. |

hehe! Wanna try that again? Take a look at the patch forum and the immense amount of reported bugs prior to *any* patch release date and you'll see that the large majority of player-reported bugs go completely ignored.. Many of the bugs reported and mentioned on the patch forum end up as locked threads with Mods telling people to talk about it elsewhere.
the 'known issues' section you refer to isn't even up to date.

Seconded, just use some structure like Mozilla does for feedback (think its called bugzilla). Or just any structure thats somewhat better organized than this.
As far as I know its free.
Me and a bunch of colleagues did sort of the same thing for HP EMEA, so I know its hard but its definitly possible.
