This is something VERY weird that happened to my Megathron.
Whenever I warp in into belts, no rocks/cargo containers/rats are visible on the screen or on auto scanner. They show up to range with proper values (say 10km etc).
This only happens on this particular Megathron, when I switch ships everything comes back to normal.
I think I heard about this bug and the remedey was to repackage the ship. But problem is it is insured for another 11 weeks @ 100% (30 millions) and I would lose that if I repackage it.
Any ideas?
Your Heavy Neutron Blaster II perfectly strikes Serpentis Chief Sentinel, wrecking for 660.4 damage.

The only thing I've heard is you have to eject from ship and reboard some say it works, some say it works temp, the only thing you can do is try.
This is the most strangest bug I can think of happening though, it seems strange the way its tied to certain ships.
I also heard you can get insurance money back by petioning, but as always probably depends on who reads it.

I got the same problem; it's not only bound to some ships only, but also only happening in some systems.
I didn't see any objects in a belt with the BS; when i returned there in a pod everyhing was ok. Board the ship again, fly back to this belt - no objects (but the asteroid belt mark).
Strangely i DID see missiles flying around; however, i didn't see my gangmates. There where no objects shown on autoscanner; in range scanner i did see them, but without any reference to their range. So i wasn't able to get a lock on them.
I jumped to a neighbor system, where everything was fine...
Not eager to repackage the ship due to insurance issues either.
