Can anybody post the link to the new patch - it has been 10 minutes and its not posted on the normal link page.

3 things:
-calm down
-make a new copy of your eve client
-start with the sissi server parameter
That patch was always there

server is very much borked atm. new mirror, no speed changes, issues with missing gates.
and to think we hauled our asses off to set up an outpost yesterday >.<

Or more likely someone needs to a test a patch that'll be released before quantum rising. So server is reverted, short term patch tested, short term patch released to tranq, nano nerf is back on sisi.

And yes current Sisi build looks bugged.. I have the skillpoints from Tranq but my system has only one gate that I can't use :D
