cnuchavez Caldari Deep Core Mining Inc.	Posted - 2008.10.27 04:04:00 - [1] Blizzard has an ongoing zombie event for their new expansion. Players can turn into zombies and attack their own faction in capital cities. They can also attack their own npcs. Anything they attack turns into a zombie. If a zombie npc kills a human player they still take a durability loss have have to waste gold on repairing. Long story short blizzard allows wow player to war dec their own faction. Even with the little to no loss from dieing in wow, their forums are now a flood of pink rainbow tears. If this was Eve we'd already have the Mega Brain Eaters alliance and the Federation Anti-Zombie Task Force alliance, and I doubt anyone would be complaining. Me too i hope CCP does not sell out to get more $$$ =/ UPDATE: All space is now 1.0 UPDATE: Piracy will get you perma-banned UPDATE: War-decing has ben removed from the game. UPDATE: You can no longer salvage Human players. UPDATE: New and better ships will come out every 2 months. Not different ships. The same ones with higher stats so players have to continually grind for isk to stand a chance. That way no one gets time to actually pvp. UPDATE: All money gained from territory control and large scale pvp will instantly be deleted from the game. You can only get Isk from PvP if its 2v2, 3v3, or 5v5. Massive combat in an MMORPG is not looked highly upon. UPDATE: if you lose a ship, it respawns in your clones hanger /facepalm.

Stormwind on my server is completely saturated with zombies, its impossible to actually get to the back part of it. Ended up taking refuge in the bank with hunters using scattershot to keep the bastards away. BUT, anyone trying to level is screwed. Zombies can kill the quest giving NPCs. Hell, I had issues running my dailies because all the damned zombies in Shattrath City killed my quest-givers. Either way, my guild went on a zombie survival marathon last night, unfortunately I didn't make it out alive :< People will whine though, they would in EVE. If some kind of spatial anomaly bust into the carebears missions and instantly vaporised all of their rats and ****ed up their objectives so they couldn't hand in their missions, you'd hear it then. OH you'd hear it then. "OMG WTF ME NO DO MOAR MISSIONS STUPID ANOMALY NERF WORLD EVENT" Tbh I can imagine the EVE-Whine being worse than the WoW-Whine, and after seeing how CCP folded to the Nano ships, I can imagine they would INSTANTLY reverse any kind of mission-busting effect. So who's more carebear? Haha. I could NEVER in a million years see CCP put something into EVE that massively disrupts EVERYONES play. In essence, it would be like turning Empire space into 0.0 for a few weeks. The whining would be EPIC.

The whining would be EPIC. some valid points except if blizz allowed "guild dec'ing" allowing alliance or horde to walk into any city and kill someone they have guild dec'ed the amount of whining would be immeasurable. Combine that with loss of gear upon death and oh man..... Things would not be pretty. WoW is far more carefree than EvE.

All over wow no were is safe! Your quest giver ur flight master everything can turn into a zombie with a 1min cool down, If you attack or touch another zombie you will turn into a zombie unless you find a cure within 60seconds ( down from 120seconds ) It gets faster & faster as we get to holloweens end 31st Oct , Its dam right amazing think of OG if anyone plays wow here, the City its self 1 guy turns a group of guards into zombies next thing every guard is a zombie half people in the city are zombies only way to kill them is with range attacks. Once you die a second time as a zombie you become a ghost & can reform into ur true self once more until you are hit by another zombie! You can control upto 4 zombies ( none players ) you can run at players spill some kind of gas cloud which slows human players down or heals other zombies & you can bite there brains its amazing :D Sadly it will only last another 6 days. EVE IS DEAD join everyone in WOW. You can find me on the Zen server & make sure not to join alliance as its full of kids.
