Whats the best setup you can possibly have to maximize Opt Range / Falloff / and Targeting
I know most skills will need to be trained to Level V, and T2 fittings will need to be used. But from what I told you use:
425mm Railguns II A few Sensor Boosters A few Tracking Computers A few Power Diagnostic Systems and I don't know what else. <hr> "Yes I Will see you Through the smoke and flames On the front lines of war. And I will stand my Ground until the end 'Till we conqure them all!' |

The only thing missing I see would be a few magnetic field stabilizers to up your damage. Two sensor boosters with range scripts should get you out to 250 km targeting and the tracking comps will up your optimal. Rest is mix of tank and mwd and any mods you may need to fit it all. |

No, THIS is how you use a rokh!
4x Arbalest siege launcher, Caldari Navy Mjolnir Torpedo 3x Heavy energy nuetralizer II 1x Heavy nosferatu II
2x Large shield extender II 1x Photon scattering field II 1x Invulnerability field II 2x Shield recharger II
5x Power diagnostic II
2x Shield extender rigs 1x Shield recharge rig
It's the best freakin' BS setup you'll ever see, ever. Of course you should have somebody to tackle. |

Believe it or not that isn't a fail fit. I've tried it on the test server and it's perfect if not for the fact you need somebody to tackle for you. |

That setup is complete rubbish.
You're running a half buffer, half passive tank despite the fact that BS are not the best for passive tanks. If you want to do a buffer torp setup, you do it like this:
[Rokh, Torp Buffer Experimental] Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Ballistic Control System II Damage Control II Power Diagnostic System II
Invulnerability Field II Large Shield Extender II Warp Disruptor II Large Shield Extender II Large Shield Extender II Invulnerability Field II
Siege Missile Launcher II, Bane Rage Torpedo Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I Siege Missile Launcher II, Bane Rage Torpedo Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I Siege Missile Launcher II, Bane Rage Torpedo Heavy Unstable Power Fluctuator I Siege Missile Launcher II, Bane Rage Torpedo
Core Defence Field Extender I Core Defence Field Extender I Core Defence Field Extender I
Hammerhead II x5
More effective HP. More Damage. Can run 4x Neuts for over 2 minutes. Easy to fit. And good heat distribute when modules are placed in that order.

If you're using Spikes, then two sensor boosters and one tracking enchancer.
If you want faction ammo for more dps and better cap stability, then use rigs hybtid locus coordinator (they're going to be nerfed soon though) and tracking computers.

Ok cool thanks for all your suggestions. I'm going to get more input from my Corp and Alliance mates. I bring up some of your ideas aswell to see what they think. |
