A few suttle changes.. not worth alot unless to collector.
And how did you get it?

Some ppl's got a bpc with 10 runs on it each. (or so I gathered from another thread)..
A guardian vexor got 1 launcher hardpoint.. However, it have 50 less powergrid. Imho its less worth than a normal vexor, but from a collectors point of view maybe worth it as a trinket. However. If ther exist some 40-50 runs of bpc's in total of this thing then its not rare at all..

Ther is a 10 copy blueprint out, this item come from THAT blueprint, as ther will be 10 made only 2 will be sold to people outside that and other corp. This is 1 of thise 2 items

Ye i just found ou0t that myself  ther was 5 BPC given out to 5 corps for doing some big event thing (supplying a base with items for 6weeks) or something like that
