First ever sighted jovian BS was the one which sat at the amarr gate in yulai last year.

The best armor resis i have seen, more pg than apoc, same std cap asa apocpilot with lvl5 skills. Third of the rechargerate of any BS. 30%more shields than caldari. Great scanners. 100k Targetting range. i want to see the scanresolution and the signature radius.
Have you tried lock it 
I want to see the bonus .... :*(
I hope jovians wont join the ca alliance or we are all dead: :*(

OMG , get me into an enigma now holy cow that has to be the be all and end all of frigates. that thing is just stupid that has to be some sort of mistake. I tell you want i will compramise if a frigate looks like that i will take a Newb one and be happy with it.

This was done with a ship scanner and Passive Targeter, I couldn't find any cargo scanners in me hangar

Curious, targetting and scanning a Jove ship. I do hope that he doesn't have advanced sensor suites that show what you did. More than that, for your sake I hope he was only amused by it rather than offended.
