..Hey folks, I'm looking for a list of mission hubs in empire space. If anyone know of a place to find this or knows of the hubs, could you please publish it here?

..Hmm I don't see how my question is far too vague to be answered coherently. Just as Jita and Rens and Ours would be listed as main trading hubs if the question were asked in the Market forums, I would think that a player who frequents the Mission forum would have somewhere close to an answer. But thats what I get for thinking that you might know something...

That's because there are far more mission hubs than trade hubs, with much wider dispersion and with more variables than simply 'trade hub'. Which faction? Which corporation? What level agents? What quality agents? etc. etc. The two links I gave you should more than answer your question.
I wasn't trying to be facetious in my original answer, just honest in saying your question is far too vague to be answered as-is.

The reason I answered as I did, was...... IT'S FREKKIN STUPID TO WANT TO GO TO MISSION HUBS!!!!
Everybody and their alt goes there and so it lags. Yes, like in Jita, except for missions. The extra LP you could potentially get by having several agents put together, is being negated by so much lag that it takes forever to do the missions...

At least 3 lvl 4 q20 combat mission agents in each of these systems, run missions there :

Mission hub: system or group of interconnected systems that sport a good number of same level agents who give the same type of missions (kill, courier, research etc...)
Good mission hub: a mission hub that has an average low population (to minimize lag) and, in lowsec, low probability of being camped by pirates.
So the question asked in the opening post relies on someone sharing the location of both good and not-so-good mission hubs on the official game boards, hence ensuring that the population in those systems will increase, hence probably turning good hubs into not-so-good, and not-so-good ones into lagfests and/or pirate mayhem.
Any luck understanding why nobody already gave an explicit answer?

Sorry, didn't read the question. This link will give you a way to search for NPC agents by Level/Quality/Location. That way you can check which agents are in proximity to each other. (Same region, system, etc.)

Just open the star map and take a look on faction ships destroyed in last 24 hours. You`ll get pretty good picture where the mission hubs are.

For low-level stuff you might like Nonni (Minnen / Lonetrek). It's not far from Jita and not crowded enough to lag.
