I would suggest 1.5bn per 10m SP + cost of skills.
This adjusts upwards or downwards depending on quality of various factors - max learning, focused career, poor spread of skills, etc.
So, The advisor, with 18m sp, quite a broad spread of skills, but some of them quite useful, probably worth about 2.5 - 3bn.
Your 3m sp characters are worth whatever you can get, but under 1bn.
A few months ago you could have got more, but it's a buyer's market atm.
You may find you get lucky and have exactly what someone wants, or perhaps get into a bidding war, but with so many characters on the market atm, you'll not get much more.

Im ready looking for the top end & what the start bids should be for these chars. I normally sell PVP Chars & thats where my Char Sell knowledge is. Industrial Chars are a new thing for me.

I agree with pusspuss.
As for bookish, nice character, wish I had the spare isk.
Solid career, well positioned for development.
On a good day you might make 12bn, the price tends to creep up after 30m sp.

Bookish will make you good money, as evidenced by the intrest in him already in this thread, I would say start bidding at 10b imo.
As far as the rest of the crew goes, they all are pretty meh. You might get a bil or two per char if your lucky. The one with 14m sp char, he's not really specilized in anything in particular. 3b start on him would be my best guess. This is just my intuition tho nothing solid, no solid math. Hope it gives you an idea.
