Can someone tell me the regions the 4 types of pirates fly around?
and what dmg types they do, and what kind of dmg they're hardened against.
i wanna hunt some gueristas, but i have no idea where i can find them...

Aside from the space claimed by the pirate factions, generally speaking:
Guristas are in Caldari space;
Serpentis are in Gallente space;
Angels are in Minmatar space;
Sanshas are in Amarr space (I think).
Check out Eve-DB for info on specific rats and resistances.

Fountain = serpentis, thermal and kinetic dmg
Stain = sansha, em and thermal dmg
Venal = guristas, em and ? dmg
Curse = angel, explosive, em and kinetic I think
Amarr = sansha
Caldarti = guristas
Gallente = serpentis
Minmatar = angel I supose
Delve, Qurious and period basic = blood raiders, em and thermal dmg
