Your post lacks any real detail, no past experiences with public ISK or trust, no mention of security or willingness to provide collatarel or even an audit.

Hmm lets fire up the capital sheet shall we.
At current mineral prices an Obelisk gets around 13.84% margin, the rest of the freights are pretty close to that. AS are many of other capitals like carriers, etc..
Even the parts themselves are only 2% to 20% at times. But even then most of the 20% ones are only so because of the build up in anticipation for the Orca. So that market won't last long and the parts will return to 10-14% again.
The only capitals parts right now that are getting above 20% at the moment that I can see in quick glance are (removed cause Im not killing my market)
So you're offering 10% return on a market that only returns 10% at best at times.

Is it me, or is it that since they moved MD up the quality of the scammers and the trolls has gone down.

You of all people know it is possible to squeeze way more than 10% out of any cap ship *IF* you combine it with mineral trading, manipulation and speculation.
And it's 10% per run -- it's possible to do more than one run a month with a single end product BPO.
However I didn't get the "I'm a sharp operator" vibe from the OP, so yeah. 5 minute scam attempt.
