(Pre-req for Medium Blaster Spec) I'll start Energy Management to V when it finishes I suppose. And about the learning skills, I'm fine with how they are, I'm not one for min-maxing and the difference between 4/4 and 4/3 learnings isn't much.

I think someone worked it out to take 3 years to get a benefit from 5/5.
