I think the standard is 250m+/1m SP for PvP Characters and quite a bit less for industrials.
Being a hulk pilot is also a plus. Basic hulk pilot fetches around 1.1-1.5

ItÆs not an exact science of course, but pretty easy to see the trends. The rule of thumb was 200m ISK per 1m SP for quite a while, but that has change somewhat. IÆm seeing most characters go for somewhere between 250m û 350m per SP depending on focus. Of course if itÆs a very unfocused character you can expect more like the old standard of 200m per 1m SPÆs.
Just my observations, I donÆt look at industrial characters much.

Yeah but with ghost training gone, I would think the rate has gone down due to people not willing to reactivate their account with the gtc going for 500mil.

I have noticed that the trend right now is 3x what ever the sp is. so if you have a character with say 10mil sp you will see people with buyouts of 3 bil+.

The problem with the guide that you linked is this, ôA 60day gtc gos for 400m and costs 30Ç a PS3 game costs 70Ç so its no problem buying 3-4 GTC for a new player.ö
As we all know, 60 day GTCÆs are going for 550-650 lately.

Which means you should actually be seeing an overall rise in prices from the 200 standard, which is exactly what we've been seeing.

I've been browsing past auctions and it looks like most buyouts taken in the past 2 week have happened in the 200-280 mil per 1 mil sp range. Sellers pushing 300+ mil per 1 mil sp seem to have trouble selling their characters and have to wait longer or settle for lesser price.
