A very specialized character.

2 jumpclones ready in high sec empire
Great stats for training exploration/scanning skills
Bomb Deployment (in skillplan before she is transferred)
Covert Ops (in skillplan before she is transferred)
Stealth Bomber (in skillplan before she is transferred)
At time of transfer, Hidden Tigress will be able to fly a Buzzard and a Manticore. She can deploy Covert Ops Cyno fields, which will probably be her primary role to her new owner - it is certainly what I was training her for, with upcoming black ops boost due to come. She will also be able to deploy bombs.
I do not use the character, so do not try to contact me ingame.
Starting bid: 800 million
Reserve: Equals starting bid.
Increment: 100 million
Buyout: 2 billion or make me an offer.
Conditions of sale
Transfer fee is paid by me. The bid has to be in my wallet no later than November 19th at DT to be valid. Character sale and transfer has to be completed by November 20th, as that is the time of expiry of the account, at which time the account will go dormant, not to be revived.

Just to clarify here, you're not ending this auction until the 20th, right? Because all you're advertising right now are hopes and dreams, since you can't actually deploy a Covert Cyno field right now, and won't be able to for at least as few days.
Also, you're not in an NPC corp, so is the buyer going to have to wait for roles to drop, or are you role free?
I'm also confused by your statement "Bid has to be in my wallet". You mean once a price has been agreed on, not sending you the cash just to bid, right?
And once again, this sale is not taking place before the 20th, correct? Because what you're advertising and what you've currently got are two totally different things. I'd hate to see someone pay 2 bil for a 600 mil character and find out they can't do anything you've advertised

No roles at present. Just staying in corp to keep from NPC corp hell.

I can understand your confusion. This has to do with how CCP has changed the rules. Before, the ISK was transferred to a different character, the seller. Now, the ISK has to be transferred to the character to be sold, in this case Hidden Tigress. As Hidden Tigress is on an account that is going dormant by November 20th, the bid has to be in the wallet on November 19th, verified by me, tranferred to my main account, the character then transferred to the new owner before November 20th. So the entire deal has to be completed no later than November 20th.

Well, Hidden Tigress is not a 600 mill character - that is 1 GTC!!! - nor will she be just because you end up saying it in a roundabout way. She has Cyno 5, which is a highly valuable skill not many characters have. She will also, very shortly, have covert ops. You are welcome to refrain from bidding on her until such a time as she has.

Having thought it over, I am sorry, but I am going to pass on your 1.2 bill BO. You are welcome to place a bid on the char instead, I am taking my chances that I will get more by letting the sale run for a longer period or wait for a better BO offer.

Please don't misunderstand, I wasn't saying she wasn't worth more than 600 mil, that was just a base estimate going strictly by skill points. I agree with you that where those skill points are make a big difference.
As far as the bid in wallet thing, I'm aware of the rules, just the way it was phrased made it sound like a bid had to go to you, not a completed deal (kind of like earnest money, sometimes done with extremely high SP chars). So I wanted clarification on that. I won't be bidding, I've got a cyno alt, but I like to try to help out on auctions to make sure they run smoothly, so if I see something confusing, I want to get it cleared up before it causes an issue for anyone

Well, as the rules of the forum goes, you need to send the ISK to the character being sold (to avoid getting a character with an empty wallet or negative wallet). Then you would also need to reply to the eve-mail I send you and tell me the name of the account to transfer the character to.
I'll notice when the wallet goes up, as the character is on my EveMon. Obviously, I'll then need to log on to the character, move the ISK and then transfer the character to the indicated account.
