 Chimera (fighters need leadership V and the fighter skill)
Jump freighter capable once Caldari industrial is V and freighter is IV
Skills
Sec status / Wallet positive on transfer.
Will be in a newbie corp and in Amarr on transfer.
This character will recieve the isk.
No kill rights either way.
I'll pay the transfer fee.
Snipe rule: None
End date: 11/6/08 at downtime (or on buyout)

Rules are rules. All iskies go to buildrbob. I think they do it to ensure that you can't sell characters with a wallet in the minus. Huge waste of resources to check every characters wallet.
