Do you need directors? How needs access to what? On and on. And, I truly hate to throw this in here, I'd suggest waiting till Shiva before you start really restructuring. Soon(TM) is a horrible condition to deal with, such messy symptoms, but the current cure in the pipeline, Shiva, will bring some changes to corporations. So planning at this point is a good thing... implementing is something I'd say you should hold off on. If you wish to interject light roleplay... make the corporate management positions what they will be but have the leadership positions, and the relationships involved, inclue the light roleplay. Simply do not make the worth of someone based on his corporate responsibilities, solely, and do not make the worth of someone's position based on their ability to roleplay. HDY has the aforementioned structure and have been using it since day one. It allows for clear and concise issue resolution in addition to moderate expansion should your Corporation grow to levels that would require it.
