Keep ship spinning OP, the Kronos will be as hampered as the Hyp or Mega will be. It's still got more hp, more resists, massive volley damage when it does hit and a huge cargohold for boosters. It'll still have a better web than other close range BSs. I don't think that makes it useless.

Lol you didn't take math did you... Firstly, you're applying the bonus wrong (50% + 10% per level, which would give you 100% at lvl...not 99...) But it would work as such: with a 50% web with mauraders lvl 5 you would have a 75% web, or with a 60% web you would get 90%. However, now that i think about it, thats not too bad =)

But it is just a static 50% offcourse, like all the other bonuses. So yeah, 75% not 80...
bldyannoyed Killed In Action	Posted - 2008.11.06 05:03:00 - [12] Well id doesnt really matter. Assuming it ends up at 90% (which it may not) it'll function quite nicley in PvP. Noone ever complained that a 90% web wasn't sufficient before, and against slower ships it will be even better. In PvE, it'll be screwed. The point of the mega web bonus was to allow Rail Guns (or Beams on a Pally) to hit close orbiting cruisers, and even frigs if you gave em 5 seconds to slow down. A 90% web won't do that, so yeah, it's a direct nerf to it's mission running capability. But that's what you have drones for anyway, so who gives a ****.
