It's about to get interesting.
PA are down on their knees and their latest and newest tactics are, if not predicatble, also, the cowards way.
Usually, we couldnt really do this, but.. what the heck. So, here goes, directly from PA internal forums;

Since this post, we have seen the PA blob come upto BKG with a frig/cruiser fleet, and we all know how well that turned out.
Also, early saturday morning, we saw a fleet of 62 ships mov up to BKG system, to get us "contained", what they failed to notice is that we were'nt there. Saturday midday, until saturday evening, we all sat around BKG, trying to get a fight. We waited until the PA had about 35 pilots in a safespot where we were scanning them, so we had exact counts. We had roughly 30 around, and we probably had more battleships then they had. We waited for 3 hours, and then said "SOD IT" and went down to Venal to hunt, whre PA uses their new and improved tactic called "LOG OFF WHEN THEY COME!!!!" (se later quote).
5 hours after our fleet left BKG, and had been roaming Venal during that whole time, the PA fleet is still camping a gate 20 jumps away in BKG. I know, i personally loaded up a newbie frig scout and scanned them. 25 ships, camping a gate, with no hostiles closer then at the least 15 jumps... (!???!?!??).
I guess this have something to do with their new tactics;

EVOL / m0o aren't led by idiots, and they will not do the same mistakes the JPA forces did during the first days of the war. They do want to fight, but they won't do so unless they somehow get the upper hand.
So, I presume we'd need:
- Dedicated campers to sit in 6NJ
- Some people to take care of the smaller enemy groups in H-PA, 9-2 and BV
- A battlegroup to clear BKG after some boredom in 6NJ
Nevertheless, the big blobcamp in 6NJ ( or whatever system we wil be able to lock their main fleet in ) should not diminish at any point. We'll just have to keep it there and sit tight. They won't seriously fight us if we outnumber them - maybe try once or twice with a quick prod - but that's it. If, however, our blob gets bored and goes away ( like it has been for the most of times lately ) the baddies will log in / become active during the next couple of minutes and start raping our stragglers again. And believe me, when a blobcamp starts to fall apart, there will be many disoriented people sitting or flying around for them to gank.
So, the latest tactic, is to try and bore us to death... yay! Let's go! Oh, sorry, i mean.. yay, lets log off?
So, now, PA calls on CA to come up and help, and from my point of view i say HURRAH!!!!!!... or, wait a min, is CA supposed to come up to logoff as well?
.... i seem to miss a logic module.
Oh well, see you guys in space.. i hope, unless you plan on stay with the logging off tactic very long.

All things aside.
Pa are defenders. They have no gain whatsoever to attack, and can for all they care let you guys fly around in their space, and simply don't give a ****. They know you run guerilla warfare, and does the same to you to even the odds and costs.
Any decent commander would never order his troops to attack a, supposedly, better fleet, when sitting in station or safespot is costfree, and only tears on his enemys morale and will to fight. Honour, as well as it can be, does'nt really count much in wars, especially when defending home.
Edit: And some of NCA are apparently specialized in stand up computer gaming :)

I hate to see that any one has spys in any big alliance. That kills some of the fun in eve. And the opition to log in space and sit at safespots aswell. In fact you cant win against someone. Except you have enough fighters willing to stay hours at gates and camp till some of the safespot sitter want to fight or to run. But you cant do it 23/7. Thats a drawback of the game. I saw m0o using it, a saw CA doing it and we have done it aswell. Thats nothing special and nothing new. PA wont be the first one sitting at safespots and wont be the last one.

I think if they do it , we should just assemble all of our forces and attack them .Another big battle , but this time i think we are more , if we win it will be a real hit on thier morale , that not even this tactic works.
Of course after the uber lag is gone....

Stavros: You didnt understand correctly. What i ment by a joke is that Evolution are complaining about ppl sitting at safepoint and logging off. Its there nr1 tactic. :/. Also who is he quoting robeyone or nublar miner81237123 of the l33t rona mining wing.
TBH those tactics (or slight variations) have been used by every corp/alliance in the game. If they wanna blob, they should but not enough so you dont fight just enough to ensure that if you do they have an advantage. They arent gonna win by not fighting but by fighting only on their terms. You cant really complain about that, you sit at safepoints until you think you have the advantage then you engage. They might also want to do that and wait for you's to turn up and present a target for them to attack when they get around to it, will probably remind you that they arent there for your entertainment only. Soon as there advantage is gone it should be everybody to the safepoint and leave no stranglers behind. While you guys are good in battle most your kills come from gankage and thats what the PA should be avoiding most. No battleship should be moving up there without a frigate on point. They might also wanna keep the noobs and 'tards that think they can pvp (battlestars ;)) out of the small-scale engagements as thatĘs when your qualitive advantage will be biggest. But i'm sure they already have someone who has been through all this and is pulling his hair out in rage ever time someone gets ganked.
Try and remember there are 2 sides to every coin and you have used most the tactics suggested in those pa posts. Now i suppose i should get out of the way and let the nca/pa smak talk this into another 10 page monster.
