Ishtar is fine from my point of view, fitting Faction Mods and using CPU Imps pah, I fly a Mega for 2 years now, so nothing new to me and I would not ask for adjustments now, since CCP "adjustments" atm are didn¦t improve anything PVP related. If this trend continues, im preaty shure we will see a 75m¦ Bandwide Ishtar at some point and people will say it was overpowert before and stuff. ---- Nerf Tank - Boost Gank! It's mostly fine, but the fitting requirements are a bit on the silly side -- the thing is painful to fit now that nano isn't a good option. Try fitting an armor tank on the thing and see how much grid & cpu you have left. I'd actually vote for a small increase in both grid and cpu, but cpu is the biggest problem factor. ...but other than that, it's fine imho.

Nah (thought it is a nice ratter, of course). It's the only ship in the game that has a drone control range bonus, which means that it can actually snipe with sentry drones with a fair DPS. Yes, that's a bit situational, but been there done that. That same bonus also lets it send Warrior IIs to chase inties all over the place. It has five mids, which means it can fit fun stuff like TDs to mess up opposing ships. With the new speed stuff, it may work nicely with AB (outside 0.0). Or may not, that's still a bit uncertain. It can field a pretty decent tank, with 5 lows (bar fitting problems). The DPS from drones is very good. I think the only real problem is the limited cpu and grid, which limits the full use of those 5 mids & lows, and at the very least which stops you from fitting any sort of real weapons in the highs. Sure, it's not the lolzoom iWin button it was with nanos. But it's still good, for a HAC.

I agree it could have a little more CPU. The only other possible change I could see would be to replace the Medium Hybrid Damage bonus with another drone-related bonus (drone tracking bonus would be logical). I however do NOT agree with reducing it's bandwidth at all. The Ishtar is a Cruiser, but it's a Tech 2 Cruiser - reducing it's bandwidth would literally cripple the ship. There are numerous precedents in the game in which other ships are using equipment normally not permitted to it's size or classification.
