HI
I have tried taking loans before to build up my rep but never really put the heart in it. So I am here to see if my current business idea would ever be attractive enough to the eve community to give me isk for a business i have been at for the last 4-5 months plus.

My business is simple. Buy chars and resell them for a profit. However the talent comes in where I choose what I buy and getting it for the right price. I started with 15b and made 1-3b per toon. I have lost isk 2 times during the whole period of 2b and then 1b. i have bought and sold over 40 toon.
I am by far not poor but still to increase the pace of isk I would like to have the ability to buy 3-4 toons at the same time. I have a particular SP range I target for the best profits. This is from my experience from starting to buy 20m sp up to 135m sp toons.
The current market has gone a bit crazy, when a few months ago 50m sp were barley selling for 13-15b, now their going for 18-20b.
I have many billion of isk worth of assets, mostly in 00 so I am currently putting them on contracts and will get to 70b easy. So I need some advise because I would like a 30b loan which would allow me to mass purchase.
A conservative figure of my profits would be in the range of 20-25b isk for the first month. I am happy to provide my api so you can do some sort of audit and it clearly will show my profit margin since the day I started.
So what do you guys think.
Am I asking to much?
Is it something that people would be interested in?
Should i just keep doing what I am doing and not ask for a loan? |

I have never played any more MMO (no RL time to spare for more than 1 game) so thats probs why it doesn't effect me as much.
but to be honest i would prefer replies about my loan offer and answers to my question from interested parties.

I can confirm that there is a lot of isk to be made in the bazaar and if I didn't already have most of a tril to play with I'd probably seek private loans for the same thing. That said, this is a public MD loan, I would not loan this man money. |

How can I tell what your wallet balance is if automatic API update is turned off on this character. Big red flag if you want to be taken seriously. Because of the red flag I would be hard pressed to invest (I don't generally care about personal wallet balances, but you use it as a sign of your success).

Because I don't understand your business model, 30B also seems like a lot. What's the rollover ratio? Buy the character wait for a month, a day, a year? I buy a few units of tritanium and place it right back on the market. My average time is generally hours, if not minutes. So I would need more details about the business model to really understand what you are asking me to invest in here. Why not 5B, 10B, 15B isk, buy a character sell it in a few days, rinse and repeat. If it is truly highly profitable, using bond money plus your own assets could easily net you a higher profit margin, while building credibility. In the past I started with a 10B IPO, and then I incrementally increased it as investors were willing to place more isk into it. Finally is there a way that this is could be audited with investors? Perhaps notifying them of the characters purchased and sold? I'm just not sure that is even possible. |

I can't imagine anyone sane, that doesn't know you personally, would be prepared to offer this loan without collateral.
I will however confirm from extensive personal experience that the business of which you speak is viable. |

yeah i was thinking the same, but say if I started with a small loan and built it up, i would then be accused of leading people to a big scam at the end when i get to a certain point, seems you can't win both way.
