MagiTech Corp	Posted - 2008.11.08 07:48:00 - [2] they are bottling up caldari till you reach critical mass and all the caldari related nodes spontaneously combust, ridding us of the lot of you in one shot - PvPers always say "GB2WoW". the message is that EVE is hard, and people just need to deal with it. wasn't it funny how when nano's started making it hard for them, that all went out the window?

I do find it quite concerning that a normal frigate flying at say... 300 m/s will have a damage reduction from light missiles that have a base explosion velocity of 170m/s. But this does somewhat bring missiles in line with guns. Missiles are not affected by tracking disruptors and can hit any target orbitting you as long as they are slower than your missile velocity, they take 0 cap to use, the optimal range is however far you can shoot, and you can use all 4 types of ammo (as opposed to EM/Therm only of amarr, etc)

Well i thing you are wrong here, i thing they are pretty much trying to balance everything as they can. Wow is more ballanced maybe because it plays 100x that much paying people to pay devs etc.

I remember a while back Gallente getting nailed with the drone limit and a few other changes. Communities would probably take these changes better if they were storyline related "Enhancements to Caldari technology has increased the... ... but this has caused some set back in the sheild performance" Everyone forsees changes as nerfs.. I personally just see them as a game evolving.. learn to role with the punches.. Just my opinion though.

Nah, just post your own opinion, it's ok. yawn Imho Caldari is good as it is, even with missiles nerfed, dampners nerfed the bad bad HACs without drones, the bad nighthawk and the inability to make effective damage with recons. Actually the Widow (ECM Cloaker, omg!) is pretty ok, but too expensive imho. But that's EVE. Cross-training ftw!
