I need a kidney donor and it was suggested to reach out to the Eve community to see if there is such a person out there? Criteria needed: Blood group "O" Positive None drinker None smoker Preferably a resident in the UK Pro's - you will be saving my life! You will also be like family to me :) Con's - Recovery takes a while. Your left with a rather impressive scar. I dont expect anyone to reply, but it was suggested to try this mainly because "just what if"?

I have little little little problems as well (can't eat much chicken or i get too much uric acid in my blood >.>) 3. I would only donate one if i knew the person and if 100% he/she wouldn't be able to live without it and IF i know that i won't die in 5 years because my other one fails. 4. My blood type is O, but not positive. I have a negative RH, which is of EXTREME rarity. I can only receive blood from that and that only but i can give to anyone. Plus negative RH means there can be some complications... Sorry mate, i really hope you will get a speedy recovery. Kidneys aren't THAT rare and i am sure you will get a match, however, if all fails you can always sell your eve acc and belongings and go black market

SentryRaven Sentry Security	Posted - 2008.11.14 14:43:00 - [43] Finding out one's blood type: 1) If you have ever donated blood, you should receive a piece of paper or something stating your blood type. 2) The blood type should be on your birth certificate you are handed at the hospital. 3) Ask your doctor. If he doesnt know either, ask him to do a blood test. I think there are QuickTestsÖ for that, so he wouldn't need long. I am B+ and non-UK, sorry mate. But good luck with your search!

Some of these threads give you that impression... How do you find out your blood group...goto your local hospital pathology department and ask for a blood test or ask you doctor...they will know. Yes this is a serious request and yes you would be best if you lived in the uk. CCP- the reason I used your forum is because its a nice way to reach people even if there is no one to come forward (nothing is compulsory) and this is just a plea for help nothing more! Currently I attend Dialysis 3 times a week so there is no (how long have you got left either)...lol I am currently looking for a laptop I can use for 4 hours in hospital with wireless connection so I can play eve :) Regards Carl a.k.a. Over here in the Netherlands you have to sign up to be a donor, which I think is a really backwards system, I mean if you are dead you no longer need your organs.
