While I will accept that the changes to speed and stasis webifiers will be (by and large) welcomed, I have to question the changes to top end officer webs. Their PG requirements and cost pretty much dictates that they are only ever used on capital ships. My Gotan's web (which I paid a fortune for and is now probably worth about 50isk, i can live with that) is on my MS so I can tackle and kill an enemy HIC in the event I get caught out. While MS are incredible powerful they like most capitals are very vulnerable to large gangs of small ships. After this patch even with a tobias' web I can only catch something 20km away while the HIC can keep me pointed from 25km+ An oversight? I'm not asking for a OMGWTFBBQPWNMobile, but a chance to escape when the ship is piloted correctly would be nice. Solution?.. Leave the range of the top officer webs alone (its not like you are going to find one on a rapier anyway) or nerf the range of the infinite point scram. There are many places in this game where battles are fought and won, EFT isn't one of them.

I do but not everyone wants to fly in 200 man gangs and as the MS cannot dock its vulnerable at any point it jumps or is basically outside a POS shield.
