The best I can describe Kara is an almost perfect Caldari alt.
Near perfect Falcon/Widow skills.
Decent Golem skills.
Decent Dread skills.
Decent Jump Skills.
2days for Capital Ships 3 (For chimera)
Every missile support skill at 5!
Can control four POS guns!
Heavy drone operation 5!
6.5m in Electronics!
Has Astrometrics 5(So 30mins off Covert Jump Portal!)
Has Cynosural Field Theory 5(Can use covert cynos!)

Perception: 24
Charisma: 8
Willpower: 18
Memory: 19

:) They can be fixed in two weeks roughly.
Two weeks at GTC prices = 275m, so shouldn't effect price by 1.5b :P
