Hello!
Is it possible to have some very basic EVE client for usage at remote computer (at work, on the flay) for skill/trade management, while real client is at home for real fights, flying around. Problem is that sometimes skill learning takes 3-4 hours, which ofcourse is needed, but will end during my worktime. That would be nice to have client which allows only some basic in-station operations.
I guess the natural choice is low-graph-level client downloaded and installed on work computer, but does EVE allow connection to the same character from different IPs?

Yes, they allow different IPs.
Also, if you have a thumb drive just copy the Eve folder on to that and you can run it of the stick, no need to install it on your work comp. ._.. ._ .._ __. .... .. _. __. __ ._ _.

You misunderstood his question... He is not trying to log in twice, he just wants to log in from work...
And yes you can log in from anywhere, and as mentioned above, the thumbdrive classic install is probably the best route to go for that.
If you do not want to leave any traces of EVE on the work computer there are some things you can change so the game works 100% off the thumbdrive, you just have to watch your cache and clear it out when it gets too full. As to what those setting are, I am sorry but I cant remember, I suggest spending some google time ;)

1) EVE will let you run from any computer you can successfully install it on. Of course - that computer has to be able to support EVE's 3D graphics. There are any number of video cards that will do that but whether or not you have such a card on your computer at work is another story. EVE's requirements to run Premium Graphics are not the issue here - the issue here is the computer's ability to run 3D graphics at all. Then of course, if you have a really crappy system, you may be able to get EVE to run but it may run very badly. If you have to have Remote Access Software running at the same time that will complicate things. If you have a small pipe - such as a dial up connection to this remote client - that may not work in a useful manner either. My brother's been working on doing a minor up grade to an old system and I may well be able to run EVE Remotely from the back room across my LAN using it. That doesn't mean you can do that usefully across a DSL or Cable connection which is going to have a LOT less throughput on a standard contract.
2) You need multiple accounts to have multiple clients where more than one is running at the same time. EVE supports running multiple clients on a single system assuming the system can handle the load. Lots of people alt tab between characters or have them running in different windows, possibly on different monitors. I do.
3) There are ways to let you manage programs running on one computer from another. Unix/Linux and Windows can do it and there used to be dedicated programs to let you do it. I've set this up in the past but it's been a few years and I've forgotten the details of how to do it - but it can be done. Look up Remote Access and see what information you can find.
4) You're biggest problem though is non-technical in that any thing you do on that work computer is going to be subject to the rules your company has on what you are allowed to do with it. Don't get fired just so you can play a computer game ...
5) Then there are the technical details of accessing a computer remotely across the internet in addition to the basic remote access software. It can be done - but the firewalls and such any network security people you have at work have set up may create a difficulty. This can be worked around but you need to have everything set up to do that securely. Given the fact that if you can access this computer from the internet - unless you have your security set up properly - then someone else might access that company computer through the internet ... Some companies have things set up so their personnel can access their work computers remotely to enable them to do work from off site. If you have something like that already set up - then you may have an easy path.
The thing is ... where I worked - if you did this kind of thing without authorization - you could be fired - and many companies have similar policies.
You can also do the reverse of course, where you have your home computer set up so you can access it from work. Here, it's best if you really know what you are doing as you set yourself up to the same vulnerabilities as before.
So, you have several issues here.
If all you want to do is to be able to play EVE at work, that may well be as simple as just installing the game on your work computer.
If you want to run EVE on your work computer remotely from home - that - is going to require a good bit of effort, unless you already know how to do that your self or know someone else who is good at it. There are ways of doing a very professional set up that is relatively secure but that does require some detailed technical knowledge not just everyone has.

Just use a remote desktop tool - Log Me In has a free tool and will work though most proxy and firewall setups.
