Besides Covp Ops cloaking devices spiking, along with their Blockade Runners, what can you expect?
Officer MWD/Faction MWD prices will drop due to MWD Nerf. Speed is not king anymore.
"In addition, all MWD's now give you a 500% speed boost, regardless of meta level"
A standard Tech I MWD will have a signature radius penalty of 500% while the meta 14 variation will be 411%.
Officer/Faction Webifers come down in Price.
"Stasis webifiers now have a maximum effective speed reduction of -60%. This changed from the maximum effective speed reduction of -90%.
Officer variants will now have up to 20km range (reduced from 40km) and a speed reduction factor between 55-60%."
Afterburner prices will rise.
"In fact, afterburners will in general be more effective than micro warp drive for speed tanking missiles."
Raven/Cruise missiles prices fall due to missile nerf.
Also Medium drone prices fall, and Light Drones rise.

You couldn't be more wrong. Medium drones will still be used against cruiser class NPC's. Ravens and cruise missiles are still used as before. Missiles beat turrets easily in PVE, just because they are relaxed to use. You still use drones against small stuff and cruise missiles / torps against big ones, just like before.

You forgot isotopes of all kinds and just about any reaction products, with emphasis on Cadmium, all T2 gallente ship construction components, and anything related or in between 
P.S. Yes, before you ask, I've invested and had a few wealthy people I know (that don't usually play the markets) invest in Cadmium-related stuff... DUUH !

The radius of the large mobile warp disruptors have been reduced by about 26%. This will range from the smallest (Mobile Small Warp Disruptor I) of 5000m radius up to the largest (Syndicate Mobile Large Warp Disruptor) of 33,500m. In addition, the total hit points of the Syndicate Mobile Large Warp Disruptor have been increased by 50%.
this will do something about prices too
