So it looks like the market traded timecodes didn't make it in. Is that right, or did I miss it in the notes?

You missed this sentence in the dev blog announcing it: "You should see this in Quantum Rise or shortly following it."

yep
The 30-day renewable license pioneered by CONCORD is an alternative to its pod pilot contract license. Pilots on this new renewal scheme can purchase license extensions for ISK and thereby forgo the need for a contract altogether. Full details can be found in Oveurs Blog I can resist anything but temptation

It was in there since they put the patch notes up... It's about time I put something sensible in here, but I couldn't really come up with something so you'l have to do with this. Are you like really bored, or did you not notice this is my sig? |

The green things mean "you must be high if you think this is going to happen". :P
I was hoping this would not make it into the patch. I wanted to sell more in the forums first. I kept putting it off, thinking it would be a few more months. Oh well. Guess I'll buy some GTCs to play with the in-game trade now! :)

I asked whether this would be considered acceptable by CCP and got a wooly answer. I will be intrigued to see what happens as either accepting or disallowing concord scams will hasten a minor **** storm either way.

Since there is real money involced, I'm hoping CCP comes down on any concord license scammers.
However the licenses are going to be able to be put on the market and the only scam-like thing I can think of that used the market interface is price fixing. Buy up all the cheap items, resell them for more. This isn't really a scam, has a high chance to backfire. And if CCP makes it so that the license isn't resellable then this won't happen. For example, the instant you buy one it it added to the time remaining on your account.
If people are hunting for licenses over contracts, I'd expect them to use the search filters. Meaning they only get to see contacts that have licenses in them, so lying in the description won't help.
So what scams are you thinking of ? ---------------------------------------------- I support skill queues. |

apparently they're still hard limiting turrets to optimal + falloff.
No clue what that's about.

Once upon a time, on SiSi, optimal range got borked and people were killing anything they could lock with blasters (or any other turret). That's the fix. |
