You need Psycology lvl 5 (This way you can try to understand why all the evil people are evil, and reflect their actions back to reality.)
Age Guessing lvl 4 (once you get to level 5, you understand all eveil people in eve are not under the age of 16, the most common carebear local smack...."WTF how old are you....12?")
Outnumbering lvl 2 (You eed 2 to 1 odds to engage....minimum, or your gonna die)
when they are not being hunted by pirates, they sit and mine, dunno where dunno what, i heard someone mention "agent running" once....sounds like a fun day 
Anyway, just my litle dig for the ammount of **** us poor pirates get. and just for the record, were not exploiters, were just ******* uber

Who is actually the CB ? Hard to say, but backstabbing is not a thing which needs a lot of courage, too.

Now if you are looking to just change professions thats a different story. The most fun I've had is since I've become the recruiter for my Corp. It keeps me busy, gets me involved in helping/training the new members of our corp, and at the same time I'm trying to get my production business off to a good start. I like this, but it's not something for everyone.
I don't get to see nice explosions too much, but I'm busy, and surrounded by people I like playing the game with. If you were sincere and really wanted to stop ganking people, being helpful to other players can actually be rewarding.
Of course, all this would require the assumption that you were indeed sincere and not just forum trolling and smack talking. Thats not an assumption I'd make, but on the off chance you were sincere, I thought I'd respond

and when ppl ask me how old i am, they are usually shocked for a min or two, n then they start yelling that i'm a ****in smacktard etc.
the worst thing is, they often talk crappy english...i dunno bout foreign school systems (i'm slovene), but in ours, english classes are necessarily.

loot farm in vaajaita,
make boom booms sell to pirates they can kill meh,
deliver livestock.
rinse/repeat.
also required (or just really damned fun)
weekly hand holding sessions while singing the ab's on the badger go vroom vrrooom vrroom
