This is truly amazing how many times you going to nerf ships? I have been a long term Gallante Pilot and i know that gallante guns have tracking issues well at least there railguns do. Thanks to your nerf now they are completely use less and you even nerfed the drones how kind of you like as a race we where not having enough issues just keep adding to it.

Long range weapons unable to hit targets close in? In my eve? Blasphemy. As a fellow gallente, I'll offer you some advice
1) Fit 5 medium drones
2) Fit 5 light drones
3) Use the light drones against close-in frigates, the medium drones against close in cruisers
4) ???
5) Profit

My thorax is as fast as it used to be, and my mega is pretty close. The web nerf will hurt, but tbh the part of the fight after I webbed my target was always pretty boring. As long as people continue to not fit 7.5k scramblers, all will be fine relatively ok.

Eris goes over 600 m/s with four Expanded CH II's and a named AB 
This is with less than maxed nav skills too. It's not a huge increase over the old speed, but it's not insignificant.
