Since Empire is alot more crowded than Nullsec and Lowsec and people move back and forth all over so I think it will be hard to sort out any potential enemies among so much noise. Would be the same for the attackers aswell though, I guess.. But at least they have the initiative.

i think youve got the wrong end of the stick 'ere, they only changin 0.0 / low to delayed mode, high sec will stay immediate. And with regards to war decs, they wont be able to see you jus as much as you cant see them!

I thought players living in 0.0 wanted more people in the area, so they'd have someone to play with.
Scanning is currently very much in favour of the aggressor with recon scan able to pinpoint players fairly accurately in a very short time frame, at long range. The directional scanner puts the defender at a significant disadvantage.
Personally I haven't operated seriously in 0.0 yet. I was planning to, however anything requiring the considerable overhead of extra accounts for scouting is out of the question right now.
Without some form of defensive scanner and no local, the risk far outweighs the isk.

Well, it's lame if they don't change all space.. And well, if they use tracking agents they know where you might be at least.. Probing out someone in a mission hub might be really hard though..

not really, the main change is to allow covert ops to actually be covert... its like the guy who hides behind the only bush in a field. You know hes there you jus cant see him! Defeats the point of hide and seek :P

I think they should remove local everywhere .. including low sec and high sec .. Also, I think they should remove people too .. In fact I think they should remove ships also ..

Well it's also to allow everyone else to stage ambushes to a certain degree. And add exciting insecurity :P But I really think it should be highsec aswell since people use Cloaks and PvP there aswell..

If they do this to highsex we would need improvements to our adressbooks tbqfh. Subfolders and folers in subfolders and getting rid of the annoying "Big Pile Where all the newly added chars are mixed with the others"
