Those who passive tanked NH? pffffft.
A passive tanked NH only gets about HALF the tank of my Tech II fit Large Shield Booster with 4x Caldari navy BCU. I'd have to drop 2 BCU to get the same tank passively.
And even then that tank is only that good at ~33% shields. my active tank is good 0-99% shields.
sure my setup doesn't perma run, but I don't need it to. Could always fit a cap booster if you really wanted to, 700m^3 cargo FTW!
My set up.
6x HML II, 1x offlined smartbomb
1x LSB II
1x Invuln II
2x rat specific hardeners tech II
1x cap recharger II.
4x Caldari navy BCU
1x Damage control.
2x CCC rigs
I'm working towards getting the LP for CN launchers, but this works great so far.
Drop the LSB II and Cap recharger II, add 2 Pithi B-Type small shield boosters - cap stable and slightly better tank.

I've never been able to get an acceptable mission tank and still power my rails with lead (much less antimatter!) with the rokh. If you have a good fit for this, I'd love to see it.

I just completed AE LVL 4, using a Nighthawk, while my corpmate used a cruise CNR with a TP (this is his usual fit) he was a little sad that I was able to kill Everything faster than him. My fit was the standard passive tank, 3 BCU, T2 heavy loadout. I killed the BS in the bonus room faster than he did too. Didn't keep numbers etc but looks like cruise CNR's are in 3rd place.

Drake or Nighthawk. Sourge Fury is now the correct missile to kill a battleship. This and the Nighthawk tanks like a mofo.
