Malevolent Evolution is recruiting!
Requirements:
10 million SP minimum
Teamspeak
Sense of humor (non-negotiable)
Flexibility regarding sec status 
We are a small corporation currently on the rebound and looking for members. Ultimately we wish to have the corp split into a combat wing and an industrial wing working independently from each other.
The duties of a combat pilot within the corp will obviously entail slaughtering stuff for great justice. Well the justice part is optional, but weÆre all immortal anyway. Our PVP will largely take place in 0.0, but low sec piracy will remain an option for anyone interested. As far as we are concerned other peopleÆs ships are flying treasure chests with candy inside. We like candy.
Members of the industrial wing will be expected to work towards an infrastructure enabling the corporation to be as independent as possible, and to provide corpmembers with ships at build cost. Otherwise no pressure will fall on our industrialists besides the necessities like refueling your poses and so on. All members will be allowed to fully explore any aspects of industry they want, as long the ability to produce ships for the corps needs is there.
Both of these wings will obviously require leadership positions, and as such we will also be requiring and actively recruiting Directors for the industrial wing, Directors for the combat wing and motivated Fleet Commanders.
We are currently members of The Church Alliance, and will be remaining within it while the corp begins to take form. We have immediate 0.0 access for roams and general PVP (pipe is located 3 jumps from our HQ) with some low sec for our industrialists to get set up. Our HQ is safe from pirates, since we are the pirates. Whether we stay in the alliance or not will depend on how things develop and member consensus. Yes there will be democracy, including shunning those who vote the wrong way.
Our long-term objective is to successfully occupy and control our little stretch of space and offer ratting/mining grounds within it. PVP objectives will be focused around roaming and targets of opportunity. We do not currently wish to become entangled in territorial warfare or work nights spent liberating space we do not need from sovereignty. Any actions taken by us will have fun as their main objective. We hereby define it as such:
Fun: noun, verb, Fun, Fun-ning, adjective
1. Pretty explosions
2. Shiny loot
3. Emo tears
4. Exotic Dancers
5. Epeen length in units of your choice
In summary, we require:
 Combat Directors
Fleet Commanders (either good or very drunk)
Industry Directors
PVPers who will shoot anything
Motivated Industrialists
Rabble
