Most people have probably realised by now that their are new skills on the market, such as biology, (genetic engineering?) and a couple of corp management skills.
An interesting one is:
Multitasking -> +1 attack per level
Any ideas what that actually does?

I am also wondering about this, as I have absolutely no idea what it does. It definitely sounds interesting, though.

though I can't see multitasking on my list... I would imagine a skill under corp management that adds 1 attack option, might be meaning that you can declare one more war at a time per level?
things like genetic engineering and such tend to urge me towards the idea that they decided to go with player ran cloning facilitys in some manner... (maybe super clones tha can take more than 1 implant of an attribute?) as well as hold more SP

Multitasking is a beta relic... It danced around several different uses before getting scrapped. First had it set as a requirement to use anything against more than one active target. Meaning, With two guns and two targets, one would need multitasking level 1 to fire one gun at each target. Silly, scrapped.
Another cropped up just before ECM was moved down to med slot. It would have allowed you to use one non-weapon module against multiple targets. Web five ships with one webifier, scamble five ships with one scrambler, lock down five ships with five multispectral jammers. Immeasurably overpowered, scrapped.
Its pops on and off the market every once in a while, Nothing to really bother yourself with

Hmm, maybe that skill has something to do with the biomass that you now can buy/sell on the market. im holding on to all my corpses in the hangar

I've had biology from character creation! lol

Biology aids in the use of boosters. The higher the skill lever the longer the duration of the boosters lasts. Duration is key since using a booster will give you something like +10 attribute for x hours.
Genetic engineering aids in the use of genetically modifing yourself to get +1 (attribute) There are different mutators, one for each type of attribute. I believe that since it is a genetic modification that you will can carry this over to a clone if podded.

Thanks, Feta, for stirring up memories of the last decade. I'm working on my 6-months since the last 'candusima', thanks.
These new skills would be nice to have to play with. Anything to cut back on my interceptor 5 training time.
