It would be like having a cell phone with internet access, but with more integrated access. Think of the possibilities, for one, you could view ** from any location safely inside your head. You could view while having sex with your significant other. Just replace her head! Any type of ** that pleasures you is available at a single thought. You could also have all sorts of information at a thought as well.

Too much compromise to be honest, someone will bust the security... and I honestly do not want a computer virus ing with my implants. Considering someone hacked NASA, I honestly do not want to risk it. However, sign me up for an implant that gives me a condition read out of all my vital processes. You know, blood pressure, cell health, core temperature... all that good stuff. Oh, and let me use it to securely authorise transactions. Can't get ripped off if you have a 24 character alphanumeric PIN stored only in your noggin. Har. Integrate a data storage system so I can store notes and things in a virtual notepad... give it a slick UI. Lovely. Gimme a crosshair as well for lulz. Oh and Environmental Monitoring. Air Pressure, Temperature, Humidity, Altitude, Barometer. And a rangefinder, So I can see how far away something is! To be honest, ** in my neural network is the last thing I was thinking of. I'd want more of a diagnostic utility than anything. You know, like if i have a kidney about to fail it gives me an alert about it or something.

But, if, for some bizarre reason, the whole thing would be safe from greedy manufacturers, or lets generalize it, safe from weird people with agendae, I'd happily get that thing installed. Yes, I know, wifi and bluetooth and all, but how fracking cool would it be to actually plug your face into the net!

The ability i would prefere would be a translation chip of all the known languages in the world making communication far easier.

I never confuse sexual pleasure with love. Making love is nice when your relationship is fresh and exciting. Satisfying your sexual needs after twenty years of marriage is a totally another thing. It's not that one couldn't stand watching the significant other's face, it's that it's so safe and trustworthy that it doesn't have any excitement in it at all. If I should leave my SO because I like to think someone else while having sex, then I would be switching SOs every year or so.
