CCP explained themselves as much as they have to. That thread was a train wreck of around ten people posting over and over again without saying anything different. Its a quick fix for a nasty exploit. It will be lifted once they code->test->debug->recode->implement a better solution.

What the hell is this exploit that they are fixing anyways??? All ive seen is "They are doing this to fix an exploit" but there is nothing to tell us what this "Exploit" is.......
So if mabye if someone could say what it was, since you know the nerf SHOULD have fixed the exploit.....So there shouldnt be a problem with someone telling us what is was

I think it has to do with someone using smartbombs in empire space --- fine, until a cloaked ship just so happens to be right next to them. ;)

I like my perma-cloak. Cant jump, cant dock, cant lock, cant activate modules. But hey , i can warp cloak and go full speed :)
