Yup - biggest for me so far is the 110k Arch Angel.. Legionnaire I think it was...
Toughest for a while was the Amarr Navy Maller - but once I switched to a Caracal from the Rupture for doing kill missions, nothing has really been very tough..

+1 MEMplant drop
get tough in a Rupture, depending on how many escorts
but out in a 'Thron they all seem weak.
I'm a bit miffed that they don't even drop a loot can...just the 110k bounty. This is after I got a +1 drop...mebbe they dropped too many too quickly and CCP shut em down?

so far 110k max bounty but he had 6 terrorists as escorts which was nice.
picked up 4 limos bays as loot so it was nice.
toughest was a 110k moa with shield and armor tanking tok nearly 10 mins to kill 8 ogres did the trick

biggest mission i had was againts 2- 100k rats, gurista infernos i think they were. But so many differant rats i get them all mixed up.

110K Moa (Eraser I think).
I do all of my lvl 3 kill missions in a Crow.
