They pay for the game everyone else plays. Who cares if their newbie missiles rocked NPCs. It made them happy and they kept paying to run missions.
So why irk them? High skill players dont feel any pain from the missle nerf. Just the lowbies trying to run lvl 4 missions in the CNRs they bought with time cards.
If you think corp is different than a guild or clan you have some insecurity issues.

Even with high SP, missiles have always worked great on NPC. In fact they still do. Why use guns when you can go easy mode(in PVE.)

To be honest, if they're nerfing PVP (and as you said, you're fine with that, its awesome and beautiful), I see nothing wrong with them nerfing mission farmers as well.

It may seem rightous to smack down the noob, but it probably isnt good business.

Lowbies are not entitled to risklessly solo-run high-end PvE.
They pay like everyone else pays, they can adapt like everyone else adapts.
For once.

No its not. But it also doesn't seem right when a four month old toon is farming lvl 4 missions.
Its like a 4 year old kicking you out of your job cause they have an easy mode they can switch to.
Come on! its Level 4. Which means on the dificulty scale, they are hard to run, hence the high payout. I've also seen people who are running level 4 missions with non caldari gun boats who were kind of young. They said it felt challenging. That it ws fun cause it was hard. Maybe CCP is giving them a disguised salvation.

I pay for the game we all play too, and a mission nerf makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside.

Some of you re under the impretion that Im in the group I saying got hurt by the nerf. I dont run many missions any more, but I tested a few yesterday and I didnt have any problems with a painter fited. |
